Opal Brant
Emerging Talent Manager, One Columbus

Opal M. Brant is a seasoned talent strategist with nearly two decades of experience in HR and workforce development. As Emerging Talent Manager at One Columbus, she leads the development of K-12 talent pipeline strategies, collaborating with industry leaders and educators to create inclusive talent pipelines that align with the region’s economic needs.

Lisa M. Chambers
Chief Executive Officer, TECH CORPS
Expertise: Career Connected programming for K-12 students, Computer Science/Information Technology
Lisa M. Chambers is the Chief Executive Officer of TECH CORPS, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that K-12 students have equitable access to technology programs. With over two decades of experience in building cross-sector strategic alliances, Lisa has expanded TECH CORPS’ reach, significantly increasing the number of students served, volunteers deployed, and revenue generated.

Cassie Palsgrove
Director of K-12 Education Policy, Ohio Excels
Expertise: K-12 Education Policy, Career-Connected Learning, Systemic Education Strategies, Business-Education Partnerships
Cassie Palsgrove is the Director of K-12 Education Policy at Ohio Excels, where she focuses on public policy development, state advocacy, and research to improve educational outcomes for all K-12 Ohio students. With over 15 years of experience in education, Cassie previously led the Office of Graduate Success at the Ohio Department of Education, where she worked to engage stakeholders from higher education, business, industry, and state agencies to support systemic K-12 career advising and business-education partnerships. She began her career as an agriculture educator, promoting experiential learning and career exploration. Cassie holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from Ohio State University.
