Brett T. Doudican is a seasoned educational leader and curriculum strategist with almost two decades experience in career and technical education across Ohio and Illinoic. As Curriculum Supervisor at Greene County Career Center, he oversees program development, instructional support, and strategic planning for over 50 programs and initiatives, including workforce partnerships, post-secondary alignment, and career readiness. He holds advanced degrees from DePaul University and Ohio University, and multiple certifications including Lean Six Sigma and Ohio Principal Licensure and serves on several advisory boards such as OhioTechNet, the Dayton STEM Ecosystem, and the ARM Institute's Education and Workforce Advisory Board.

His work focuses on aligning education with workforce needs, expanding access to high-quality STEM and CTE programming, and driving innovation through data-informed leadership and collaborative development. His work includes co-authoring state curriculum standards, leading professional development, and presenting at national conferences on topics ranging from data science to work-based learning. Passionate about innovation and equity in education, Brett continues to shape the future of career and technical education in Ohio and beyond.

Peter Jensen is a Program Developer at Lorain County Community College where he leads regional and statewide workforce development initiatives on behalf of the Ohio Technical Skills Innovation Network (Ohio TechNet). Focused on smart and advanced manufacturing, these projects support Industry 4.0 training and education, faculty development, expanded talent pipelines through K-12 partnerships, and strategic alignment with statewide and national partners. Peter manages the Ohio TechNet Defense Industrial Base STEM Consortium, through which he collaborates with education, industry, and government to strengthen the state’s manufacturing workforce, creating opportunity for Ohio workers and students and meeting the talent needs of Ohio's defense industrial base.

Jessica Short is an education leader with a strong background in STEM, holding a Bachelor's in Education from Ohio University and a Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati. With seven years of experience as a high school science teacher and five years as principal at one of Ohio’s leading STEM schools, she has dedicated her career to inspiring students and integrating innovative learning approaches. Currently, Jessica serves as the Director of the Dayton Regional STEM Center, where she leads efforts to expand STEM education throughout the region. As the Coordinator of Operations for the DO STEM Ecosystem and the lead for the Dayton hub of the Department of Defense STEM Education Consortium, she is committed to empowering the next generation with the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Courtney Tenhover is a Project Leader at Lorain County Community College and Ohio TechNet, specializing in Industry 4.0 talent innovations. She leads regional and statewide initiatives focused on the future of work, including automation, robotics, microelectronics, and semiconductors. Courtney also serves as Project Manager for the Ohio TechNet NEO Semiconductor Consortium Intel grant, where she is helping to build advanced manufacturing talent pipelines. Her background spans Workforce Development, Higher Education, and Human Resources, with a strong track record in expanding earn-and-learn programs, supporting faculty development, and driving employer engagement strategies. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and dual Master's degrees in Human Resources Management and Project Management.
